Approach

The JumpStart service is delivered via a series of on-site meetings by Nextnine’s Professional Services team. The progression time between each phase of the JumpStart service may vary among customers, but the overarching goal is to enable your organization to derive significant value from the solution within the first 60 days.

Jumpstart Stages

Discovery Workshop

While most organizations undertake some initial planning activities prior to purchasing the Nextnine Service Automation Platform, the discovery workshop allows us to refine and prioritize your goals and milestones for service automation implementation; at the end of the workshop, together we detail a plan for the remainder of the JumpStart service period.

Architecture Assessment

An assessment of the technological environment that is required for successful implementation, including hardware sizing, topology (e.g. high-availability) and configuration at both the enterprise and the remote site/s.

Installation

Installation of the Service Automation Platform application and preparation of a generic VSE installation package, while adhering to requirements identified in the architecture assessment phase.

Training

A series of training sessions designed to train the full range of platform users, including operators, administrators and developers.

Organizational Readiness

Review and design of organizational processes that are affected by the Service Automation Platform deployment.

Joint Rule Development

Joint design and development of a select number of use cases by our professional services engineers and your team in adherence to proven best practices and methodologies.

Roadmap Formulation

Development of objectives, milestones and metrics that assure proper progression beyond the JumpStart service framework.

Care Service

Overview

Nextnine’s CARE (Continuous Assessment Review and Enhancement) service has been designed to ensure that the Service Automation Platform implementation is constantly optimized and meets industry best practices for design, scalability and performance. CARE leverages Nextnine’s cumulative experience working with some of the world’s leading industrial organizations, as well as our industry-specific expertise in multiple verticals.

Approach

Delivered by our Professional Services team, the CARE package is an annual service consisting of off-site and on-site consultation. Additionally, the CARE service includes continuous access to a designated senior engineer on our Professional Services team that is assigned to your organization.

Typical CARE consultations consist of the following:

Knowledge Review

Review and optimization of policies (e.g. product lines, analysis rules, and monitoring profiles) currently being worked on by your team; feedback is provided on development methodologies and best practices to ensure optimal results.

Short-Term Planning

Review of plans for short-term knowledge development (e.g. for upcoming products and services) and application of best practices to planned development.

Long-Term Planning

Discovering, evaluating and scoping the issues that are of the most concern to your organization in the coming 12-24 months.
